Hospice care is a collaborative effort to provide quality, compassionate care for people facing life-limiting illness or injury. Our hospice care involves a team of experts in medical care, pain management, emotional and spiritual support expressly tailored to the patient and their loved ones. The goal of hospice care is to ensure the terminally ill patient's comfort as well as offer emotional support to patients and their loved ones.
